The use a frames with a web site has been a topic of many discussions since the frames function was introduced. Using today's browsers the capabilities provided with frames can make navigating a large web site or a large document much quicker and easier since a Navigation Bar, Table of Contents or Index may remain visible while scrolling through a document. Also, the ability to bookmark an item within a frame may now be accomplished using the right mouse button.

The SimoTime Web Site takes advantages of the capabilities provided by using frames. However, separate URL's are provided for individuals that prefer to use frames or prefer NOT to use frames.

This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or Netscape Navigator, version 4.0.
