A "Basic Service Unit" is intended for use on a small project or to provide assistance to complete a task. This provides a convenient acquisition and payment process for small services requirements. This process can be accomplished quickly with very little administrative cost.
We have made a significant effort to ensure the documents and software technologies are correct and accurate. We reserve the right to make changes without notice at any time. The function delivered in this version is based upon the enhancement requests from a specific group of users. The intent is to provide changes as the need arises and in a timeframe that is dependent upon the availability of resources.

The following is an example of a step-by-step process for acquiring services for a small project.
1. | Requestor contacts SimoTime (via e-mail or telephone) for an estimate. |
1.1. | The requestor will provide requirements via e-mail. |
1.2. | The requestor may provide additional supporting materials. |
1.3. | Note: refer to the "Comments and Feedback" section of this document to contact SimoTime. |
2. | SimoTime will review the requirements and provide an estimate in Dollars and Basic Service Units. |
2.1. | The requirements review may be an iterative process of 1-3 e-mail exchanges. |
2.2. | The estimate is provided via e-mail. |
3. | Requestor purchases the agreed to quantity of Basic Service Units via SimoTime Web Site. |
3.1. | Items of this scope are expected to be paid prior to the start of services. |
3.2. | For larger project a 60/40 arrangement may be used, 60% due prior to the start of services and 40% due upon delivery. |
3.3. | Note: refer to the "Current Server or Internet Access" section of this document to puchase the Basic Service Units. |
4. | SimoTime accepts the payment and delivers services. |
The preceding four-step process is an example and may be adjusted to me individual requirements. Also, SimoTime provides services via the traditional Purchase Order and Invoice Billing methodology.
A Basic Service Unit is the smallest increment of services that is available from SimoTime. This provides a convenient acquisition and payment process for small services requirements.
In the world of programming there are many ways to solve a problem. This documentation and software were developed and tested on systems that are configured for a SIMOTIME environment based on the hardware, operating systems, user requirements and security requirements. Therefore, adjustments may be needed to execute the jobs and programs when transferred to a system of a different architecture or configuration.
